S'pore to Melb

There was no jam packed schedule of get togethers with friends this time around. Just nice lazy days with Clement.

Trying to look pretty on CNY.

On CNY Day 2, I went to climbing in Kluang with Clement and his family. This is on the first peak of 510m.

A night of monopoly after an al fresco family hotplate dinner. Val, Bae, Clem and me.

24th Feb, Saturday morning. After a long night of packing, we dragged our tired and sad bodies to Mt Faber for some hillwork. We sat in the dark and watched the sky light up, too quickly.

25th Feb, Sunday.

Arrived at my apartment at 8am and moved into my new room, 314/24 Barkly Place. Oooooh. So spacious! I've been pretty busy trying to furnish my room the past few days so it's nice and cozy. Been walking 3-4hrs everyday but why is it so difficult to find the things I have in mind! Grrrr...

I've been trying to find flowers to liven up my room. Mum, could you please send some of your flower arrangements over?? I can't find any nice and affordable ones here!

I also want to get a nice comfy armchair for the corner where I can just sink in and do my reading. But no! i can't find the perfect one! Dad, can you send over the single-seat sofa at home?? haha.

New bedsheets from Ikea. Check out my bolster!! I love it! it's big, fat, heavy and filled with duck feathers. The cute sausage bolster cover just makes it more huggable. if only it were brown and covered in chilli, mustard and cheese...it'd be edible too.

I came without an additional NB bag for sch/trg so I bought one today. Dark chocolate MOOKS vintage bag. As opposed to using my green supermarket bag...

Jeremy, my neighbour delivered his homemade barley just now. It was delicious!!!!! Warm and sweet. Until I drank it all up and -HELP- patterns nightmare!!! Save me from the black-eyed barley beans!
