Back in singapore!

I'm so glad to be back!

soooooo happy to see my dear Clement at the airport!! hahahe rushed to the airport at 8pm when erns told him my flight's landing at 8 coz my mum called. Mistake, i was arriving at 935. anyway they waited there for so long! Thanks guys, so glad to be back to loved ones.

Anyway I've been staring at Clement - who's that HOT dude next to me? haha. so handsome, more handsome than in the webcam. hehe.

Yup, and my family's well and good, missed them alot.

Been trg hard back home, feels great! i feel gd and strong. Wait, i am strong. hahaha. anyways, the weather SUCKS.i hate the humidity. Didn't feel v different when i came outta the airport, but when i start walking, damn sweat more in a day than i did in the 4mths in melb! the humidity gives that skin burning feeling when i train. and i walk abit only sweat. irritating.

haha right, im busy now so will write more soon.

But its been one great weekend home with my dear.

NEW ROOM!

13 days to Singapore. i'm damn mega sian these days, coz it's so near the end yet still have exams to clear.

The only downside of going home - TRAINING. i loveeeee the trg over here. i'm pleasantly surprised at how much i'm improving! Didn't know i could improve this much and this fast. it'll be kinda disrupted when i go home. Oh wells, i'll take it as a lil break. I can't wait to see my family and friends.

i just signed an 11mth lease for a new room in Global House Apartments. From next yr, it shall be 314 and not 416! Whee!! bigger room! Siew Mei's moving out so i'll take her room..it's a bigger corner room. Abt a quarter bigger, so more space for my bike, and no more broken chair! My trainer and bike is currently sandwiched tightly between the foot of the bed on the R, bike box n wall on the L, and wall at the back.

Besides, 416's rent's gonna increase to 215/wk next yr. insane, more than my new room which is 205/wk.

it's weird, i just realised different rooms within this apartment have different owners, who set different rental rates. So a smaller room may have a higher rent than a bigger one.

the BIG BUTS. 416's lease ends 14 feb, n i won't be back here yet! 314's lease starts only on 26 feb. So where am i gonna dump my stuff? And...i need to clean up 416 for inspection before i leave, if i decide to hand in the keys then. damn. Also, i will continue to pay rent for an idle room for 3 mths...rubbish. How to find a temporary tenant just for this summer? mah fan ah...
