Rode down to beach road for a spin on my bike. legs feel like they're dead. Yup, anyway it's beautiful in summer, and there're many ppl swimming in the sea and playing on the beach.



One popular sport here is kite surfing. See picture below. It's kinda like wakeboarding i think, cept u're not being pulled by a boat, u're holding onto reins of a koko crunch shaped parachute. Looks fun!


More rehab food. This time, it tastes better. Beef balls, beef strips, beansprouts and mushrooms.
